GLAMNOTDEAD is the creation of Ximena & Gaston - a makeup artist & photographer from Uruguay/United States — (now based in Alicante) both are native English speakers with experience working for major corporate events, TV shows, movies, weddings and editorial photo shoots.

We often get asked if we meant to call ourselves “Glam’s Not Dead” since technically that’s the correct spelling — the answer is no. Our iconic name GLAM NOT DEAD originated at one of our photo sessions a couple of years ago. Ximena (owner and makeup artist) yelled “Glam! … not dead OK?” right before shooting and it just kinda stuck with us. It represents our bold, unique style that makes us stand out from others — Gaston (Main Photographer and Editor)
